Due to lack of visibility of data in CRM, Eligo struggled to review activity and revenue quickly and easily for weekly manager meetings and monthly board meetings

The Solution

Eligo enabled OneUp's gamification to improve data quality

Part of the reason for poor data at Eligo was the lack of data being logged on the CRM by the team. Eligo utilised OneUp's League and Missions features to gamify the logging of data in the CRM and saw a big increase in data quality.

Data quality improved so much that Eligo were able to automate other processes such as commissions calculations, which were previously reliant on manual input and review due to inaccuracies in the CRM.
